This quilt is a complete showstopper! Terri created the quilt using raw edge applique to create her seascape wallhanging. The quilt is made with batiks and her choices in colours is amazing!
Bill did the quilting using Modern Curves design to give the feel of water with a variegated thread Rainbow by Glide.
We don't see a lot of applique quilts so this was really special and I am thrilled that Terri has consented to us sharing it with you all!

Janie Hazelwood brought her gorgeous Blue Batik quilt in to be long arm quilted.What a lovely quilt to work on! she was so careful with colour placement, consistent seam allowance and a choice of her thread and her quilting pattern.
The quilt was quilted by Leslie Ford using E2E design Heart Blossoms with Glide thread Lt. Grey for the top.
A beautiful quilt, Janie, and thank you so much for sharing with us all!

Debby Dobson had some of those vibrant gorgeous Kaffe fabrics and decided to use them in a Stack and Whack pattern. What a dramatic statement this quilt makes! Why not try one yourself? Fun and a different look every time!
The quilt was long armed by Leslie Ford with E2E design Jenny and Glide thread Marine for the top.

Good lord this woman is like a machine! This time she took a panel by Northcott called Cedar Falls and created this stunning lap quilt. A simple addition to the panel but the wow factor is sure there!
Leslie Ford also quilted this one for her using the E2E design Modern Curves ..... which is spectacular! ....and Glide thread Pale Mist for the top.
Thank you to Debby for making me feel like a slug! LOL Just kidding ...I am so grateful for your quilts that come in the door. It is like a quilt show all the time!

Next up we have Terry Doebert, sidekick of Debby Dobson, with her stunning Joshua Tree quilt. Terry went for a dramatic panel with a fabulous border treatment. The border treatment works so well at having your eye travel around the quilt without getting stuck on one part. Just gorgeous Terry!
Leslie Ford quilted the quilt with the E2E pattern Elevate and Glide thread Aquarium.

What a fun and pretty little quilt that Wendy Robillard has made! She made sure that a mermaid showed up in every full block and her 4 patches are a fabulous paring of colours. Just a great quilt that a little girl is going to have for years to come!
Leslie Ford quilted the Mermaids quilt with E2E design Seafoam and Glide Affinity Baby Shower (variegated thread).

This is a great way to always have on hand the exact colour and measurement of zipper for all your bag and clothing sewing!
We have several different Zipper by the Yard selections.
Everything from Pam Danour (recommended by Annie patterns) as well as Tula Pink and more!
Watch when you buy that you get the slides with it. Some come with the slides and some not. Ask me how I learned that one!

New in the shop is this fabulous line of fabrics by Northcott called Highland View.
We just fell in love with this prints and the colours in the fabrics! Teals, golds and rich chocolate browns are one of my favourite combinations!
We have fabrics on bolt, the panel by itself as well as a gorgeous lap size quilt kit!
Quilt kit finishes at 48" x 58".
We even have the 108" wide backing!

When we were shown the Peter Rabbit kit by Riley Blake we were absolutely in love with the quilt....but one look at the packaging and we were hooked!
Picture yourself making this gorgeous quilt 53" x 62" and them putting it in this once in a lifetime packaging with the little book "The Tale of Squirrel Nutkin" to give to a lucky little one!
