Lynne Vanderlinde brought her gorgeous quilt all made in her favourite colours and floral fabrics to us to quilt for her. This is a big one but not as big as the pattern had it.
Everyone in the shop fell in love with this one and wanted to make it. Think scrappy or planned it is going to look fantastic!

Arlene MacLeod was in to longarm quilt her gorgeous paper Pieced quilt she did all in Jason Yenter fabrics. I loved the fabrics in this one and the border is just amazing!
Arlene chose to use a edge to edge computerized design called Bean Sprout and a yummy pink thread by Glide called Pink Lemonade. Perfect results with help from Mr. Bill. Amazing quilt Arlene!

Bev Batch

Bev Batch brought her awesome little baby quilt in for us to quilt for her. Each block is beautifully appliqued with super cute baby animals.
Bev chose to use a low value on the background and bright happy colours for the applique. The design really popped with that! I love love love this one!
The edge to edge design using the computer is one called puppy paws and is really cute. We have used it on several of our projects.
Well done Bev and I wanted to say thank you for letting us be a part of your quilt journey!

Anne Hall has changed the rules a bit!
Anne Hall has opened the mini retreat in March up to everyone. We felt that there was such a need for people to just be together, but how to do that safely? Well we have covered all the bases I think.

We have loads of wonderful new fabric coming....but then there is the problem of where do we put it? Decision was made to blow out even more fabrics.
We have had to set up a sale table at the front of the store as well as have the clearance center full. I am thinking we could have fabric hanging from the ceiling soon and just lower them. Good grief and to think I had no idea how we would fill the space when we moved in!

Do you have some squares from a panel or maybe just some really amazing fabric you want to showcase? Why not make a simple pillow?

Sewing Machine Repair

Bill will continue to bring machines over on the Tuesday night to Salmon Arm, meeting up with Hector on Wednesday, bringing your machines back for the following Thursday.
***There is no added cost for Bill to bring your machines over to Salmon Arm.***
Hector then takes the machines back to Kelowna to service and you get your machine back the following Thursday.
Please have your machine in to us by the end of the day on Tuesdays.
