Linda Archibald

Linda Archibald was in to long arm quilt her gorgeous little summer quilt. Isn't it amazing how sometimes the simplest designs give some of the best results?

Linda let the fabrics do the work in this design and it is just lovely! Linda did a great job of quilting this one with glide thread and a simple panto for perfect results.

Patti Bradley

Patti Bradley was in to long arm quilt this stunning bed size quilt this last week!

Patti used a strip set, background fabric and borders and there you have it! An amazing quilt with a fabulous layout in earth tones. I usually gravitate to the bright fabrics but I have to say this one really jumped out to me.

Thank you to Patti for inspiring us all and I think my next quilt just might be a bit toned down. Maybe.

Susan Green

Susan Green came in yesterday for a class on learning to use the long arm and this was her quilt she brought. Don't you just love those autumn tones and basic layout?

This was definitly the week for basic designs with lots of punch from the fabrics! I always like the autumn tones so this one was amazing when she finished quilting!

Congratulations Susan on a job well done and welcome to the quilting family!

Wendy White

Wendy White was in to show us a couple of her darling reading pillows. She has an embroidery machine and stitches the cutest appliques ever! There is a pocket for the book to be kept in and handle to carry it to wherever your child/grandchild would like to take it.

The Sad Case of Rising Costs

Due to increase costs in running our long arm program we are sadly forced to raise the price a little itty bitty bit.
Effective July 1st , long arm rental will no longer include thread at no charge. There will be a $5 charge for using our thread. You can bring bring your own Glide thread if you like.
We are working hard to keep the cost down as much as possible. This is just so hard for me to do and I hope you all can understand what we are up against. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Now I am ready to have a bit of a cry.

Anne Hall and Heather have joined again to offer a quilting cruise next fall. Of course it will be contingent on the Covid situation but I am thinking positive and in the meantime I can have tons of fun planning new outfits and new projects! More about projects coming in an upcoming newsletter!
