Kathleen Nadler

kathleen-nadler

Kathleen Nadler was in to long arm quilt her jaw dropping queen size quilt.

The pattern she used is called Alaska by Laundry Basket Quilts. Kathleen changed the colour scheme completely going with reds, greys and creams. Laundry Basket quilts are usually done in denim blues or vintage reds. This looks completely different and is gorgeous!

Kathleen used the computer program for perfect results as she felt she just had too much into the quilt money and timewise to not have everything perfect at the finish line. I agree wholeheartedly!  Bill and Kathleen were about 3 hours to get this one done but wow! One of the most dramatic quilts we have had come through in a long time!

Thank you to Kathleen for sharing with us all your creativity and talent for really going outside the box! Thank you to Bill for helping with the computer work and ensuring that everything was going the way it was supposed to!

Linda Rollins

linda-rollins

Linda Rollins was in to long arm quilt her gorgeous king size quilt. Made from 2 1/2" strips with splashes of lime green this one turned out beautifully!

Linda had Bill help her with loading and using the computer program which just made the job so much easier and perfect! Glide thread was just the icing on the cake. Linda was not aware that she could use the computer and was all over it when suggested. Good choice Linda!

Thank you to Linda for sharing with everyone!

Deb Lebsack

Deb Lebsack was also in to long arm quilt her gorgeous lap size winter quilt. The top is not flannel although it looks like it is. I love the plaid look to this one!

Deb also chose to use the computer and used a Christmas themed design to enhance the whole feel of the quilt. Deb used Glide thread for ease of quilting with no thread breaks and a wonderful finished product!

Thank you so much Deb for sharing your quilt and your day with us!

Ruth Majak

ruth-majak-2

Ruth Majak brought her quilt in for us to long arm for her. She had bought a kit a while back, but did not care for the blocks suggested in the kit.

She changed it up to the "Hope" block which starts with a partial seam and goes from there. By sewing the blocks around the center square she achieved a gorgeous finish!

Beautifully quilted by Lori Dewart and beautifully pieced by Ruth! Thank you to you both!

Remember that you can bring your quilts in for us to quilt. The cost is $.03 cents per square inch. Take the length and x by the width x .03  and you will have the cost of the quilting done by us. We are at a 1 - 2 week turnaround currently.
