Diana Hewins
Diana Hewins was in to quilt her adorable Gnome quilt. This time Diana chose to use the computer with a pattern called Snow Winds.
Diana was using the computer on the long arm for the very first time and says she definitely would use it again as it was so much easier on her body as well as giving perfect results!
I agree, Diana, the computer just opened up a whole new window and I love it! We are booked all of November for the long arm but have room in December. If you would like to give it a try let us know when you book your time and get those perfect results!
Thank you to Diana for inspiring us all to always be looking to learn something new! Love your quilt!

Becky Geeson
Becky Geeson was in to long arm quilt her lovely little wall hanging. Tall Tree Pattern and did it every turn out gorgeous in silvers, blacks with a touch of red.
Becky, with Bill's help got it loaded on the long arm and in 2 passes it was done! She used the computer to quilt a winter snowflake pattern which was just perfect!
Becky has decided that she will use the computer on the larger projects but still wants to drive the machine herself on the small. She has taken to the long arm like a duck to water and we are so proud of her!
Thank you Becky for sharing with everyone and for being so willing to try something new every time.

Hazel Green
Hazel Green brought her huge South Western design quilt in to show us. Hazel chose most of the fabrics from our shop and she nailed it for colours and design!
This quilt is going to her son who is a big fellow. I think this may be the biggest quilt we have ever shown. It was almost to the ceiling!!
Carole Anne Gardner did the long arm quilting on this one and as always she did a fabulous job of it.
Thank you to Hazel for showing your quilt and sharing your creativity!

Sylvia Chow
Sylvia Chow was in to long arm quilt her bed size quilt all in neutrals. She started with a jelly roll she purchased a while ago and went from there.
The pattern is simple but very effective. The border fabric was the really fabulous part as it is a soft denim blue plaid....on sale!!!! Always wonderful when you find the largest piece of fabric for your project on sale!
Sylvia used the computer program with Bauhaus pattern and it was just perfect. The quilt design is very linear and the quilt design kept that with straight lines.
Thank you to Sylvia for sharing your day and your project!

We are participating in this program!
We are helping the NSBIA in this fabulous opportunity to give back to our community.
Heather's Fabric Shelf will be a Drop Off point for gently used purses that you are passing on with some items inside for women in need.
This has been a challenging year for many of us and the need is greater than ever before. In the picture you see Patti up to her knees in purses.....now imagine Patti with purses up to her thighs!
Let's have some fun with this and load those purses with fun items, useful items and de-clutter our closets at the same time!
